My car lost a blade off of the cooling fan. I explained to Keith Parker that I needed to be in a meeting in Houston Tx. He took my car in at 11:30 am and I was on the road at 2 pm that same day. Parker Automotive used to be the place to go. In the past 2 weeks, I have tried to get an inspection done 3 times. First time, was told there wasn't an inspector on site. Second time, got there at 4:31, and they stopped doing inspections art 4:30. Third time, today, got there at 3:45, was told that he couldn't inspect because he had a ton of paperwork to do. He said this while he was playing with a dog. Lots of paperwork huh? That is the last time I go there. I can't wait for Performance Auto to be doing inspections again.
Love the service, fast friendly good quality work that you can rely on when your vehicle breaks down, good prices and nice atmosphere
