This place is filthy and roach infested management is always worried about the wrong things. They want to fine residents $75. If the dumpster is overflowing, they have one dumpster for hundreds of apartments instead of getting another dumpster which they could afford. They want to try to squeeze pennies out of residents . They want to do inspections every two weeks it seems like also. Good luck getting any rest if you work nights. Parker at Cone is a very great place to live. Nice women at rent office. I haven’t had any issues since I been living here.
