No show or communicataion IâÂÂve had two scheduled appointments to have my furnace tuned up. The first time no one showed up or called. When I inquired, I was told the technician decided he couldnâÂÂt do the tune up. The second time, again no one showed up or called. Enquiring the following day was told the technician was there and no one answered. As I was home all day, I donâÂÂt believe this.
