Parker Animal Hospital had commented on a previous post of mine searching for a vet for my pet rat, they even called to schedule an appointment with me but at the time I'd already found an appointment somewhere else. Today when my rat was very sick and I called them to see if they could see him they told me that they don't see rats. Not only did the dishonesty cost me time, I no longer believe I should trust them in the future with any pet.

I've been a loyal client for several years, brining several of my cats and dogs in for care. My most recent service was a dental surgery for my 2 cats, but nothing was actually cleaned or treated on one, and then a perfectly HEALTHY tooth was extracted from the other. Either Dr. Hayes is completely incompetent, or she simply mixed up the procedures. Now my cat is literally starving to death because she's unable to eat because her tooth is still infected. DO NOT take your pets here. I took my sisters cat in to have an abscessed tooth removed. Dr Hayes decided this was not needed and did a “cleaning“ instead. A week later the abscess is infected and my sister cannot afford to pay for the additional work. Dr. Hayes says she can re-home the cat to some strange old lady who can afford the treatment. My sister suggested instead that I take ownership of the cat because I can afford the additional treatment. She tells my sister that I can go find a new vet then. Very unprofessional.... read more
