Made an appointment to have a technician come out on today’s date over a week ago. Was confirmed again last Friday to have them come out. Called again today this morning to confirm and they stated yes they were coming. Waited all day with multiple calls made and was told they were too busy to come out even though they had stated they were coming multiple times. We have been without a working heat pump for over a month and was told nothing but good things from coworkers . 10/10 Will not and would not recommend.
BAD! I don't ever do reviews but this bothered me enough to do one. They said they would come fix an issue today and then never showed or called to say they couldn't make it. Now im stuck with no AC and a pregnant wife who has to deal with it. Very unprofessional
No showed appointment this week. Will delete when they decide to honor their commitment.
I have been trying to get them to come out to do the annual inspection on our units they installed 9 years ago. Three times I have called, made an appointment, waited all day for them not to show up. When I called to get an explanation, they simply don’t care, just said other jobs took priority. I have never had issues before this year, but the scheduler, Kathy, has been zero help throughout this process and is not empathic at all. Absolutely unacceptable customer service - they don't even deserve 1 star but I am not able to write this review without clicking at least 1 star. We built our home nearly four years ago and the builder used Parker & Sons for the HVAC system. Since then, we’ve paid them every year for their maintenance plan, which includes two service visits annually.
