I have been trying to get them to come out to do the annual inspection on our units they installed 9 years ago. Three times I have called, made an appointment, waited all day for them not to show up. When I called to get an explanation, they simply don’t care, just said other jobs took priority. Absolutely unacceptable customer service - they don't even deserve 1 star but I am not able to write this review without clicking at least 1 star. We built our home nearly four years ago and the builder used Parker & Sons for the HVAC system. Since then, we’ve paid them every year for their maintenance plan, which includes two service visits annually.
