enjoyed living here for a year and Tyler was very amicable and helpful! there are some nice views and open space by the apartments, the giant windows in the units bring in good natural lighting. convenient location close to lots of stores and plenty of additional parking for guests and such.
I have lived here for about a year now and To be honest, I have no complaints...
Extremely clean and safe apartments with beautiful mountain views, nice park and trails. Tyler, the property manager is very approachable and takes great care of the property and tenants. The tenants are super polite and friendly, apartments have lots of sunlight with high ceilings and glass, modern appliances. It’s definitely the best place to rent in Santa Maria/Orcutt and totally recommend it!
Loved my time at Parke West! Tyler, the property manager, is incredibly helpful and very easy to communicate with. They always promptly respond through text on the property number, or if you want to talk in person, Tyler is almost always in his office in the lobby area.
