I came in today to exchange some gold due to dire funds needed. I voiced from the beginning that I would like a fair price for the jewelry I had on hand. The two lady's in the front keep making assumptions, the business tries to "add a little bonus" towards the gold I have presented, but ultimately when the person adds up the numbers to the current value of the market?
