Very clean, quiet and safe place!
Maintenance is outstanding! Kendra, Alex, and John have all been very helpful and worked their hardest to help where they can! Communication from Jackie in regards to updating me on maintenance orders has been nothing short of fantastic as well! I used to live at another property, and everything was lacking, but not here at Park Place. It has been a very positive experience all around, and I'm very happy that we decided to move here!! I'm sincerely impressed and grateful for everyone's support and hard work! Thank you!!!!

I became a home owner here on June 30, 2026. Quinn and the office staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Quinn has been very helpful and very informative again throughout the process. Your maintenance crew were also very helpful and prompt in rekeying my whole unit due to the keys I received did not all work to the proper doors. All in all I am happy to be able to call Parke Place Estates home.
