When they send out a survey to ask how youre doing? It's going to get interesting! I've lived in the park for 15+ years. When we moved in all homes had to be purchased- NO renting! When you OWN something you appreciate it and care for it lots more than renting. We also knew all of our neighbors who were friendly and didn't have theft problems or hoodlums running around tearing stuff up. Bought my home in 2017 after renting for a year. Since UMH purchased Parke Place, I’ve seen our community grow and expand. For the most part, I’m glad I made the decision to purchase my home in this community.
