Front desk clerk was clueless when checking in, room had a funky smell, TV in room didn't work, half of whirlpool jets worked. Check out was a nightmare to get a bill. Had me checked into a different room then I was in, was told hope the rate matched with a slight chuckle. Only good thing I was able to get my semi in parking lot. Won't be stopping again.
My wife and I stayed here while getting work done on our house, we was slightly disappointed about the couch in the room, cause it looks like it from the 80's with worn areas all across it....but we looked past it. Then we found out something is wrong with all the TVs in the rooms you had to connect them the Internet to watch anything.....but as we talked to our contractor he needed one more day so we went down to the desk and asked about staying one more night and they gave us a price so I went back up to get my card and co... read more
Worst hotel stay I have ever had. Hosted families from boys basketball tournament that kept running down halls and bouncing balls in rooms for HOURS on end. Hotel staff did nothing to rectify situation after multiple complaints. Room old, urine on toilet seat when entering room for the first time, dried blood on tissue box, no phone or clock, no cover on batteries of remote, remote only worked from one corner of the room. The whole stay was horrendous. Will never stay here again ever.
Phenomenal clean nice rooms. Great beautiful hotel. Great staff in the hotel and restaurant. Good breakfast. Overall a very nice place for a very reasonable price.
