Modern air conditioned lobby, corridors are warm. Apts have AC. This was an office to residential conversion that left some exterior wall plumbing exposed to freezing, leaking, and backup. Mgmt not always responsive. Balcony units are pleasant and spacious. Good renter insurance suggested.
Wonderful location. The apartments are quite and my neighbors are very nice. The owner is a very nice person and goes out of his way to help you.
I have been renting in this building for a few months now and when I visit my friends in an apartment and compare my apartment with theirs I tell them I am very grateful that I live in this place, my apartment is beautiful and the view from the balcony is beautiful and there are amenities inside the apartment such as a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer, and the management team is quick to solve any problem or malfunction and the neighbors are very wonderful. highly recommended
These apartments are very nice with great amenities. Neighbors are friendly and management has always been helpful. Highly recommend renting from Troy.
