I can’t say enough good things about Parkdale Dental Clinic! They have been incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating while caring for my mother, who has Alzheimer’s. I have been a patient there for more than 5 years and I have received nothing but exceptional Heath Services, medical, foot specialist, nursing and physiotherapy. Last, but not the least, the people at the reception are very kind, courteous, and attentive. May be others in Toronto should benchmark against them.

This medical clinic has the worst trained, rudest most unhelpful medical reception ever assembled. A phone call for a prescription renewal was terminated by me because the response to me detailing the two simple medications I required was " you don't have to tell me that because I'm not gonna do anything about it ". In the 4 years I attended this clinic both doctors on my file have vanished overnight with little or no explanation.
