I am a current resident and it is quite but they are slum lords don’t fix anything right I have mold in my sheet rock my garbage disposal is old and rusty and stinks I have been there 3 months now and I am so ready to move paying 1,000 rent and they wanna half fix everything

When I first moved her almost 2 years ago, Parkdale Place was absolutely one of the best places I have rented, there were minor issues, such as packages being stolen, floors sweat like you are in the pool, now, there is no dumpster and I live downstairs next to the where the dumpster used to be, the tenants here are so very nasty, they throw their trash at my bedroom window and bugs are in my apartment, I have bumps all over my arms and legs, management will not do anything, but they have told me I can buy a camera and have ... read more
