When I first moved her almost 2 years ago, Parkdale Place was absolutely one of the best places I have rented, there were minor issues, such as packages being stolen, floors sweat like you are in the pool, now, there is no dumpster and I live downstairs next to the where the dumpster used to be, the tenants here are so very nasty, they throw their trash at my bedroom window and bugs are in my apartment, I have bumps all over my arms and legs, management will not do anything, but they have told me I can buy a camera and have ... read more

Nice and quiet with no worries i never had a issue with anything
I reside next door at 4325 Crow Road and my neighbors and i are plagued with gangs at this complex. There is drug dealing going on there and we view teens as well as young adults smoking stuff under thier carport. The loud bass music goes on most all time by different visitors and residents at Parkdale Plaza. There is a noise ordinance in place in the city limits of Beaumont, Texas and is strictly enforced but the problem with that is these gangs have ways to monitor radio conversation via scanner and when the police leave ,... read more
