Our application was a rocky experience after being mixed up twice, but other than that we haven't had a problem that Homestead hasn't been able to work on fixing. Our unit had some rennovations with brand new appliances and freshly painted walls -- all nice. The cleanup afterward was not the best as there was plaster on the floors, dirt in all the cupboards, and the exterior windows have paint on them, all from the third-party contractors.
