Had to take my 14 year old dog here cause she was not doing well and I could not get into our regular vet. Parkdale employees where amazing, caring, patient and kind. They made my experience of having to put my girl down very special. Thank you to all the staff
We just switched to Parkdale after getting a puppy. Having had a poor experience at our other clinic, we thought it best to take the referral from a trusted family friend and it is the best decision we could have made. Not only has the staff been great with our new puppy, but they were absolutely amazing today when we brought our 14 year old lab mix, whom they had not yet seen for any exam, in to cross the Rainbow Bridge. I look forward to continuing our puppy's health care with them.
I have had to take my dog to Parkdale Pet Care several times over the past month and the staff is always great with my dog. They had a same day appointment for me when my dog was sick. Very happy with the service.
Dr. Lisa and her staff are awesome. We have taken our fur babies here since we moved to West Bend 10 years ago. Even during some of our most difficult decisions, the compassion and care they have shown to my babies and to us is second to none.
