Well, my first trip to Adelaide and what a joke. Bathroom door doesnt even close and even if we did manage, we had to kick it open as it got stuck. Water was either boiling hot or cold, couldn't even shower properly. Mould growing in the bathroom, and you can actively see it. The towel hanger is broken and no place to hang towels Draws weren't cleaned properly as i found crumbs. Socket covers missing from outlets.

A comfortable but basic room. They're going through a transition so if something is not present, reception is available to request, e.g. an extra blanket. Indian restaurant downstairs is convenient but I have not tried it. A 4 min walk to Dollamore playground which is very good and has public toilets (50 meters away from playground). A 30 minute walk to beach which is all flat. 20min to cafes at Parkdale. Nice walkway now that train station has been elevated.

Spa bath dirty, bathroom sink cracked, toilet not flushing, tv reception terrible, split system not working and no service to room after four nights. Hoping some sort of response or refund.

Our recent 7-day stay at this motel was utterly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist's rudeness set a negative tone. We waited over 10 minutes while he ignored us to finish a phone call. The room itself was far from satisfactory. The bedding was disgustingly itchy, requiring a linen change (which, after many complaints, was eventually provided on the second day).
