Truly an incredible experience each time I’ve been here. The staff are so kind, caring, and thorough. This includes Dr. Henrietta Nlemadim, her assistant doctor (I’m so sorry for forgetting his name right now, but he’s lovely!), and Manpreet at the front desk. It’s also very convenient that they have their own labs. After a very negative experience with my previous GP, I am finally comfortable and feel like I am in good hands. Thank you so much to this team and all you do.
Just became a patient last week. So far it’s been a great experience after looking for a family doctor for some time.meet and greet went great and I felt very comfortable with the receptionist and the doctor. Very friendly receptionist.Love that they have a blood lab and pharmacy on site makes a big positive difference for me. I would recommend this clinic 100 percent.

Pros: I was apprehensive at switching doctors, but needed a new doctor after my move from Oakville. Dr Henrietta calmed my fears hopefully she will meet my expectations as times go by. The receptionist is a very nice young lady, which is helpful. Cons: I don't like the building the office is located in. The public washroom there is small, specially if you are using a rollator. I have only had a meet and greet appointment with Dr Henrietta Nlemadim of the Parkdale Medical, Clinic as a new patient, however, I found her to have a lovely personality and to be a good fit as my family doctor. She is thorough, and centers her practice around women’s health. I am impressed with the way she and her partner have made the clinic a convenient one stop place.
