I am blessed to have Dr Neumann as my family doctor. Love her and Carol because they genuinely listen and show they care.
I had a doctors appt there and was told I would be contacted for a follow-up. Several days later, no call, and then find out they have no phone number anywhere that works. How do you reach someone there?
I tried contacting them by phone for information on how to obtain my medical records. The phone line was closed because they are not currently scheduling new appointments--which is irrelevant to the subject of my call. No option to leave voicemail.
