My husband went to Parkdale Dental Center in Stevens Point WI for a dental exam on 02/01/23. The person taking appointments was rude and inconsiderate and I felt like they were doing me a favor for taking my call. First thing their 180 degree x-ray machine and other equipment weren’t working at the time of my husband’s appointment. He thought he was in at a third world country dentist where nothing works and there was also a smell in the room. Nothing smelled like it was sterile.
