RecommendedThanks to the awesome vets I still have my dog!! Dr Willis texting me through his 5 seizures in 26 hours and then changing my mind about euthanizing him. Then when he didn’t seem to be doing better my husband called and talked to Dr Saxon and she advised us to give him 2 weeks on the meds before making “that decision” and changing his diet. So now he is on boiled eggs and chicken and rice for every meal. He will occasionally eat his dog food. He is almost back 100%!! Yesterday I had to take my 2yo dog to the emergency vet who diagnosed my dog with a long term treatable disease. I wanted verification from our regular vet at Parkdale. I called this morning and spoke with Breea who is always extremely helpful. She contacted the emergency vet, obtained the records, and had multiple Parkdale vets consult! Then she called me back this afternoon with a plan. I am extremely grateful to Brea and the Parkdale vets for their amazing care. Thank you to Dr. B for always answering my incessant questions and taking such great care of my mother and grandmother's animals. Before going to Dr. B, they had bounced around from vet to vet and hadn't found anyone as thorough, kind, and adamant about practicing best medicine as she is! I send all of my friends and family to her. Her kind nature is other worldly, and I appreciate the lengths she goes through to give us as much information as possible!
we have loved Parkdale for 44 years now, Trouble, Shelah Gayla, KatyDid, Harley and now Capt'n Jack dogs and Pumkin, Mittens, Captain Nemo and Miss Been Lily cats. Capt'n Jack signed in at Parkdale today. Lily is not sure about this lol!
