Prepaid for appointments, but they wanted me to pay $70 if I missed one (so they double charge for missed appointments). Never went back and was never refunded the money for the rest of my paid appointments!
The team at Parkdale Animal Hospital have gone above and beyond for my senior dog who was recently diagnosed with diabetes. We’ve had to contact them frequently with lots of questions and sometimes same-day appointments and they have done their best to accommodate us every time. Dr. Askari has been our primary vet and is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind with us and our dog.
