Applied for a 1 bedroom last month and everything was going great even received an approval letter and that they just had a small waiting list to get through. I call yesterday because I haven’t heard anything and received a call today saying that first the couldn’t find me in the system and then when the director got involved then all of the sudden they had raised the income requirements and the rend and wont honor the ones they had already approved for.
