They never answer their phone, go to the office and there’s a sign that says it’s open, but the door is locked and I can hear music playing. This place is completely unprofessional. Complete bullshit.

Hello, I don't personally live here but I have visited my daughter and grandchild. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. What they are charging for rent is way to much for this dump. Like someone mentioned earlier the inside is filthy and stinks, they threw some cheap paint around to cover up damages. The entire place smells awful, my daughter moved to fast and I wish she would have let me see this place before signing anything. She puts in numerous request to get things fixed and the terrible bug issue but NO response or answer. T... read more
Parks at Marietta is an amazing place especially Mrs.Quirk,she was helpful ,and kind and when I was confused and asked questions, she would answer them very clearly. She made Parks at Marietta a place for me to call home .💗
