I moved out Feb 2025 and it is now july 2025 and they still have not gave me back my $800 deposit. I unfortunately lived there for 4 years. Horrible place.
Don't move here, the place stinks everywhere, it's disgusting, it doesn't look anything like the advertising,
The entire apartment smells like cigarettes or dogs, the carpets are filthy, and most things are damaged, and they don't fix anything. They never answer the phone. Months ago, I reported something damaged, and they don't know how to fix it. Avoid the headache. Even though it's affordable, it's better to pay a little more and avoid all the drama.
It would be great if they actually picked up the phone. I have been calling since January to try and set up a tour, or just to get info in general, and I have yet to get a call back or someone to answer, which is really disappointing.
My apartment is great, but I have out grown it... I would love to get in a larger apartment, if possible.
