I don't blame landlords, I blame the government that is incapable of housing it's citizens. The management team of this apartment complex doesn't even deserve one star. I was referred to them by a coworker who is not intelligent enough, so I trusted him and applied blindly before reading the reviews. I then went ahead to ask for a tour of apartment; first week she said she was alone and couldn't leave the office, second week she said the apartment wasn't ready.
