Phil is an awesome maintenance technician! He came through and fixed all my issues today, very knowledgeable and good customer service.
Let me start by saying this is the most quiet & laid back properties I’ve ever lived in. Its clean, and Kiara is heaven sent I was going through a tough time and she helped me with my approval, I just renewed my lease & it only went up $18!!! I love it here spacious and no bugs
This place is disgusting from stains in hallways to unfixed water leaks. Management is very unhelpful. Will say they will do something and make you think its handled then nothing ever changes. Gates at the entrance are broken weekly.
Living at Artistry at Bethesda has been a great experience. The maintenance team is super responsive, professional, and always gets things handled quickly. The gym is honestly like no other I’ve seen at any apartment — fully equipped, not with just a treadmill, but with multiple weight machines and well kept. I also love the outdoor playground areas for when my grandchildren visit, and dog park area, which make the community feel very complete. I walked in with no appointment on a Monday afternoon feeling stressed and honestly with very little to no hope on finding an apartment that would fit my budget and needs. However, Ms. Kiara greeted me with so much kindness and professionalism she showed me the model unit, which I instantly fell in love with.
