3 year tenant and the whole complex is wonderful with amazing staff … the ladies in the leasing office make every process smooth and understandable.. The maintenance is always 5 star .. Pedro and Auramari are hard working maintenance men who always makes sure the unit is always in good running condition.. best apartment complex to live in peace and quality .. 10 stars if I could
My experience at Artistry at Bethesda Park has truly been wonderful. The complex is quiet and you feel safe at all times, Stephanie and Ana are great!! They’re extremely friendly and very professional. Pedro is also very helpful and friendly. The apartment is huge compared to others in the market, I’d say if you have the opportunity to just go and take a tour you definitely won’t be disappointed.
This establishment is very peaceful. We’ve been living here for about going on six months. The staff Kiara, Ana, and Stephanie are very sweet , helpful and generous. The pool and the grounds are kept very well, including the gym. Neighbors are very friendly and quiet. If I had a scale to rate this place it would be 5 Five stars+ !
The leasing agent Kiara was very welcoming and and informative she answered all my questions and helped me out a lot
I don’t live at this establishment but I would like to tell my interaction with one of the Hispanic young ladies when I came in for a tour on 6-16. First and foremost, I think you can tell a lot about a place when you do a walk in, without an appointment. (especially an apartment office) so today, I walked in and asked if I could take a tour of a one bedroom. The young lady told me they only have two bedroom available for a tour, ok fine.
