Met Reike and his compliance Mgr Dionne they are so kind with great energy. The community is clean and friendly. There is a fitness center, playground with a park like setting clean of debris. I will feel secure in knowing I have a winning team as my management firm. Great to call this home.
Lived here two years and I just finally got to meet the new management and I was shocked how both management and new maintenance are friendly and to the point. Was able to get my issues fixed by maintenance right away and done right. Thanks
Good afternoon. I visited Pine winds Apartments today to apply for a three-bedroom unit, and I just want to share how wonderful my experience was. The on-site manager was absolutely amazing — he walked me through every step of the process, made sure I understood everything, and even helped me fill out the paperwork. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I truly hope he stays, because he makes a world of difference. Thank you for having someone like him on your team.
I just had the most amazing experience with the new property manager and yes he is such an awesome guy and very much dedicated in what he does. The entire time we talked about real life while completing my lease agreement. I can’t wait to be your best tenant. And was also able to meet the mantence guy he was also very nice and helpful such a great new environment and fresh start for me and my boys, I love it already.
Met with Reike and saw a 1x1 bedroom unit as wr are sev 8 approved. Looking gorwarf to making application. Tooms are vlean and large. He likes his job amd great sales skills.
