My friend lives out there and I had stayed over a few nights just to help him out the landlord or whatever you want to call her came to the apartment made me leave telling my friend he wasn't allowed overnighters she said homeless people. How can she say who can visit my friend? Then threaten him by eviction. He hasn't done anything wrong. She will be hearing from a lawyer. She gots it all wrong.
New management came in and has changed everything around.they actually fix ur apartment. She has done more for the people of parkwinds in 2 months, then the old maintenance man and old management guy did in 2 years. New management she even switched bug people to try and figure out the problem areas and people!! She works and is here everyday and is already putting little events together for the kids and adults. Been a huge turn around.
They do not have all amenities and no 24 hour maintenance. The dryers are broken and washer is molding. Been waiting to get my apartment fixed for a month. Emailed them everyday. Also a problem with roaches.
They don't care about there residents. They are bug infested. Management is rude.
