The attached garage at Park West Gardens was what drew me to these apartments. I recently submitted multiple maintenance work orders and Barry came the next day and fixed each item on the list. I was pleased with the fast turnaround. I've interacted with many of the staff and each interaction has been positive.

I moved to Parkwest Gardens last spring. And it has been exactly what was advertised. The nice quiet location and the garage was a must and I was extremely pleased with both. Maintenance does a timely and great job when there is an issue. I have not had many maybe 1 or 2. However I did notice a dramatic increase in my heating bill this winter even though my usage did not change. But overall a fantastic place to be a resident.

Beware! They will ask for a holding deposit and will only return it if they deny your application or you notify them 72 hours afterwards. If you are trying to apply for multiple apartments don't bother here because you will not get the money back if you find something else.

So far I've been pleased with PWG. Staff has been responsive to my questions and the only maintenance request I've submitted was handled quickly. My previous apartment didn't have a garage or two bedrooms and this apartment checked off all the boxes for what I was looking for. The never ending waitlist was discouraging at first but I see it as a sign that people don't want to leave once they move in!
