My daughter and I have lived here since 2021. We have really enjoyed both of the units we have lived in. Jim in maintenance , is always great and super helpful. Crissy is also great and has been very kind/helpful through the years. Rent is fair, especially for the area.

didn’t seem to care much about the maintenance of the apartments that they were not to mention the outrageous rent costs for what was actually there I tell you I wouldn’t pay 800+ utilities if I moved into a place, and there was mold, growing on the exhaust fan, let alone the sink being clogged like that so interesting that they have not one but two maintenance guys and they always seem to be running around other places, but not actually taking care of the maintenance on the properties either that are sitting in their favori... read more
