Horrible services. They will not fix issues with apartments. And also just go in your apartment without permission. Will not renew contract again!
I wasn’t expecting the horrible service provided by particular members of staff. No security guard on duty so prepared to get your car broken into every other day. Also, my electric bike was completely destroyed when I left it chained up outside my apartment door. They did absolutely nothing to help and suggest putting it inside next time.
Someone came in my apartment while I was gone and stole thousands of dollars worth of jewelry. Tried to call front desk for at least 2 hours no one picked up
The buildings are a bit outdated, but Melissa is one of the best property managers I've had! She is always very cheerful and responsive.
