The buildings are OK. However, the management is not. They went to extreme lengths to nickle and dime my deposit during the move out inspection, resorting to lies, threats and aggressive behaviour. Ken Thompson, the building manager is an aggravated and petty man who goes out of his way to fight you on every issue. I would absolutely not rent here while he continues to be employed as the building manager. Not worth the headache!
Building managers illegally enter units without consent/ notice. Dangerous and unsafe to live here. Filthy laundry facilities, the smell of decaying animals in the stairwell. All around unpleasant.
Lovely building. Well taken care of and really great management! Has a cute park nearby and downtown is close.
A great bunch of people running this building. This project will be a positive fixture for Kelowna and the downtown core.
