I would not recommend living here. Management seemed far more focused on charging fees and penalties than actually helping residents. The communication around lease terms and the 60-day notice policy was frustrating and unclear, which can easily lead to unexpected charges. We were late on rent one time and it immediately felt like eviction threats and penalties were the first response instead of trying to work with tenants. I am currently looking into renting an apartment here, and my experience has been absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. A huge part of that is thanks to Destiny, one of the leasing agent that showed me around. She is incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Destiny answered all my questions effortlessly and made me feel right at home. I would definitely refer her to everyone I know who is looking for a new place! Overall Amazing Experience Ask for Destiny!! She knows what she's talking about!
