Lived there in 2014 didn't realize what was getting into. Had a basement apt with the below ground patio... moved in Nov. But come spring thaw and rain the patio would flood meaning my apt would flood in the front livingroom. Ruined all my furniture and all they did was send carpet cleaning company to dry there carpet. The manager is very rude and disrespectful they want $749 for a single bedroom the place is clean but it still has an unsavory look to it
