Good price for good location. Serious problem with parking though, there’s not nearly enough spots for how many people live here or visitors who park over night. Larger cars are also at risk of being blocked in. It would be nice if it was residents only instead of first come first serve, otherwise you may have to park a couple blocks away from time to time. Other than that, very happy with this location.
I have never been happier. I want to truly thank Jordan for helping me find and get settled in my new home. He’s always available for me to answer questions and he truly made moving in such a wonderful process. 10/10 would recommend. I know I’m new to this apartment but I’ve never had such confidence in making this my new home. Thank you so much!
Great location! Had a few issues when I moved in as much of the building/units were still being renovated. Thermostat was broken and hot water wasn't great, but the property manager was pretty responsive and those issues were resolved. Jordan was very helpful and responsive with answering move in questions and getting me my keys!
I worked with Jordan to get a tour scheduled and apply, sign a lease, and move-in within a weeks time. Great to work with folks so far and really happy with my place!
Good place in an awesome location. Thanks to Jordan for making the whole experience, from applying to moving in, a good one.
