Very disappointed with the management and maintenance service at this property. Our AC has not been working for over a month, and I have called the leasing office at least three times to report the issue. Despite multiple calls, the problem still has not been fixed. It is unacceptable to pay rent every month and have to live without working air conditioning for this long. The lack of response and urgency from management is extremely frustrating. Update* i finally got my deposit about 3 months later because they sent the original to vacant unit i had just vacated. As soon as we moved in our move in�boxes were returned and never to be recovered including�a baby album that is irreplaceable. We noticed a huge hole in the door. Another door did not close at all. We requested it be replaced and fixed. The bathtub and toilet back up fast. I begged them to fix door with hole. A year passed and they asked me if I needed door to be replaced and fixed a week before moving out!... read more
We were told our unit would be move in ready, and we moved into a unit with a rotted out cabinet, molding bathrooms, destroyed trim, flooding washing machine, and a dishwasher. We have lived here a few months and our dishwasher still hasn't been fixed. We have had a leaking ceiling for over two weeks that is now molding and not one person has come by to even look at it. I consistently go to the office and I've been told that someone will look at it that day. Has not happened.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. ive been here for almost a year, my lease is ending soon and i cannot wait for it to do so. Management is constantly shifting around and when they do no one is there to accept your payments. The parking lot is always full with parked cars and what seems to be months worth of trash, the pool is never open, if you request pest control they dont send anyone out but will charge you monthly for reimbursment for something you never were able to use, and ive heard many stories of people’s deposits being withled, s... read more
