Updated review. Been here for a while I’ve seen a lot of Management in maintenance come and go but current management seem to be doing a ok job but could be doing alot better. Been dealing with a Neighbor constantly putting food every day out on their balcony on a dust pan and feeding the birds, it is caused A great deal of trouble, and we have been constantly having to clean up our own balcony, which we should not have to do and it has been reported multiple times and nothing seems to be getting Done. Horrible Place, Never have maintenance available for any small thing. My kitchen Cabinet has been broken and fallen since November 2024, maintenance never came to fix it, they just don’t care about residents well being. My kitchen sink is broken, reported 3 weeks ago, no maintenance has been sent to fix, something that won’t even take 5 mn to be fix. It’s just frustrating and horrible to live like that. I will never advise anyone to come here just of because how residents are mistreated.
Park west has failed to fix my dyer. It has 30 days without a dryer.
