Lived here for almost 3 years.our 2 cars got break in stole everything nd smashed the car window.towed my car onetime without telling us about the parking tags.unit is out dated too many issue.when u request maintenance it take too long to fix it.like my dryer.almost 3 months before they fixed it.i meant u get what u pay for..pls dont stay here.u just gonna stress out!selling leak,kitchen clog,most of it no parking at night nd they still tow your car!
Updated review. Been here for a while I’ve seen a lot of Management in maintenance come and go but current management seem to be doing a ok job but could be doing alot better. Been dealing with a Neighbor constantly putting food every day out on their balcony on a dust pan and feeding the birds, it is caused A great deal of trouble, and we have been constantly having to clean up our own balcony, which we should not have to do and it has been reported multiple times and nothing seems to be getting Done. I have been waiting on the refund of my security deposit for over a month now and I have been getting the run around from the property management. I never moved in. I was originally told I would receive my refund in 2 weeks after withdrawing my application on July 9. My next steps will be suing this company for my $500 security deposit, the $150 administrative fee and any legal fees I accumulate from the process. Upon move in I had someone walk through the apartment with me to go over anything that needed repairs- there were holes in my walls and my dishwasher didn't work to name a few. It's now 2.5 months later and nothing has been addressed. Maintenance is non existent.
