Absolutely terrible! Lived here for a month and have had nothing but issues. The property manager never helps or fixes anything! Have been waiting on maintenance for 4 weeks just to fix a dripping faucet. It took them 3 weeks to fix a missing door handle in the hallway, to which it is still not installed correctly. They never respond either. On top of that, she gave our lease out from under us 3 hours before we were supposed to move in.
It has been over a month and I still have not got my deposit. They never called me back they said they mailed it to the empty unit I vacated! As soon as we moved in our move inboxes were returned and never to be recovered includinga baby album that is irreplaceable. We noticed a huge hole in the door. Another door did not close at all. We requested it be replaced and fixed. The bathtub and toilet back up fast. I begged them to fix door with hole. QUE TRISTEZA QUE LA PISCINA NUNCA ESTUVO ABIERTA EN TEMPORADA DE VERANO, NUNCA HAY NADIE EN LA OFICINA, LA PISCINA SIEMPRE PERMANECE CERRADA Y NUNCA NI SIQUIERA LE HACEN MANTENIMIENTO, LOS NIÑOS ANHELAN UTILIZAR LA PISCINA EN TEMPORADAS DE VERANO, QUE TRISTEZA PAGAR POR ESTE LUGAR
I drove through there thinking I was going to put an application in cuz they're close to where I need to be that place has so much trash just laying everywhere I have never seen an apartment complex this far west that their place looks like a trash dump now I know people who used to live there way back and it was very nice I wouldn't let a pet rat live in that place
