Had the worst experience of my life living there they never fix anything they’re lazy they’re never open and the crime around the complex is so bad don’t ever rent here
Well, I would tell you to not even try to move here but ParkWest already has that figured out for themselves. I have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks and weeks and I’ve talked to them a total of three times and two out of the three times I was talking with the assistant in the office (who is very pleasant) telling me that he would have his manager reach out as soon as possible because he didn’t have any of the information she did. Para empezar, las calles están llenas de huecos, como si nunca hubieran visto asfalto en su vida. Manejar ahí es sentir que tu carro sufre contigo. Horrible property, horrible management, and horrible maintenance. It will be one of the worst experiences you’ll ever have if you decide to move here. Zero response and zero accountability. I can’t even begin to list the number of things that are wrong with this place. It’s trash. Definitely do not recommend.
WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! Absolute garbage place. I cant list all of the complaints but we'll start with the most recent. I've lived here 3 years and they've switched management 4 times and each had added issues. We had cockroaches for months that it took multiple complaints to get them to address the issue. We paid for spray in our rent but ive only seen them spray twice and only when we complained about bugs and it took lots of complaints before they did even that much.
