This is just my opinion!!! I still live here, they show you the model apartment, looks great, you move in, its just the opposite. Kitchen drawers broke, dirty, etc, if they say they will work with you on rent, due to late move in, etc. they add $300 fee to your rent, and they do not accept cash or multiple payments, has to paid all at once or nothing
