The worst place I have ever lived by a mile. DO NOT SIGN HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!
Application fee is a scam !!! Don’t waist your time and money !!! We were looking for a place for our daughter and payed the 500 filing all of the support docs ( we have more than enough income to qualify) and we get an email from a company requesting to log onto our bank account to verify our income . Know one in their right mind would every agree to that … it’s just a scam to get your money don’t waist your money or time with this place .
You get what you pay for. I'm grateful to have a roof over my head, but I wanted to share my experience living here — especially for anyone moving from out of state like I did. I didn’t have time to tour in person, and the website had little to no photos, so hopefully this helps someone. Cons: My biggest issue is the front and back doors. I lived at Park Wellington for 2 years. The area is incredible and things are conveniently accessible. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired though. Roaches would consistently be an issue in my apartment (and I was up on the 6th floor!). Very frequently the water needed to be shut off for emergency maintenance. The elevators broke down pretty frequently, however they were in the middle of renovations when I left.
