If you have a issue the members and other residents they will become aggressive and harass you will all come out of know-where not knowing the full story and attack the victims begin siding with individuals creating dramas , because they are all friends and throw parties together.Be careful of the owner with pitbull it’s aggressive and will attack. Ridiculously high HOA for no real amenities. HOA cannot be more than $350.00.
All that hoa fees and politicking and this building cannot address the unsanitary sewage leakage at mckay
