NEVER BUY INTO AN HOA
Ridiculously high HOA for no real amenities. HOA cannot be more than $350.00.
All that hoa fees and politicking and this building cannot address the unsanitary sewage leakage at mckay
My sister has owned a condo in this complex for 25 years. I've visited her many, many times throughout the years and always thought the complex was beautiful and has wonderful access to Webster street and Crab Cove, et. al. Here is my quibble. I've recently visited my sister for two weeks to assist her after her major surgery of cervical spinal fusion.
