Professional service and owner made buying a car fast and easy

Called yesterday about 12:14 pm got a call back 12:46. Just after lunch. Understandable. Made an appointment for 11 am today. Showed up at 10:45, they ran out of oil... People were waiting outside asking me if I was the owner... The one employee didn't seem very1 happy. My pleasant look went to confusion after he told me he ran out of oil. They also moved locations and no word for current customers. The new location is no less sketchy. Overall I took my car to Jiffy Lube on Hocken. Slightly better experience.
Ok, it's been about two years since I bought a car here and I thought long and hard about whether or not to leave a review, but I was absolutely takend advantage of by this business. I bought a Kia here 2023. I did what you were supposed to do. I called Kia about about recall and they told me there were all done on this car. I got a pre-sale inspection.
