Caring involved staff, activities provide a wide variety of experiences, a warm and homey environment all add up to an exceptional and desirable facility.
They treated my mother very well while she was there. Very pleased, with her care, and her food.
I have performed here at Park Vista several times now',..and it is one of the best Senior Care centers we've been to!! Always a great time with the staff and the residents!!! (y)
My mom called me this morning she was waiting for a bed pan told me to hury up and get there she couldn't hold it much longer. Don't feel I she have to do that I'm her son. She can't move her right side that good due to a stroke she's in ur rehabilitation. Feel u could use more help.
Park vista is the absolute worst pathetic excuse for a care facility. Had to get family member out after one day. They dont follow doctors orders, are disrespectful to their parients, threaten patients. Totally so pissed right now. Karma is a bitch! Dr Kevorkian wouldn't even wanted his clients to stay there.
My grandma has horrible care.she is always calling us to change her cause they don't come right away.she has to sit in her shit.she had a stroke can't walk anymore or use her left side.theres alot more to but that's all I will say for now
I was there for rehabilitation and my wife was there in respite care at the same time. She had outpatient rehabilitation while she was there too. I believe the rehabilitation department is the crown jewel. I used that service for hip replacement rehab twice. The meals are very good but need to be delivered to rooms sooner. The coffee is almost always cold. Room temperatures are difficult to regulate when the weather changes. Elevator service is less than adequate at meal times. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
