Horrible experience for my aunts last few months. Many times, basic care not given unless we stayed on top of them, even when we paid extra for more care. The list is too long to post. Numerous calls made to upper management. They were always sorry and "nice". Nothing changed. To be fair, there were a few caring people. They even billed her after death. No follow up on their billing errors, I had to follow up and follow up again.
I have been here a few days now, the staff is all so nice and patient and helpful. I have lived here all my life, never knew about Park Vista....it is beautiful..
