Las utilidades no están incluidas la factura. del agua la reparten entre todos los vecinos porque no hay medidores y si un vecino gasta mucha agua de lo normal eso extra se reparte entre todos, y mi factura no a dejado de subir desde q me mude y no importa lo mucho q trate de no usar agua siempre sube cada mes. y otra cosa es muy difícil conseguir que vengan a reparar ciertas cosas siempre andan muy ocupas.
