What a nice place to live in the area. We love our apartment and haven't really had any issues. Walking around the community with our dog is great, it's so nice to live in a pet friendly community like this one.
DON'T LIVE HERE--management is uncaring and awful; they have to come back several times to fix things right. Then manager Will is horrible!! He will not address any concerns and hides behind the management. The surface roads are horrible; they will not salt when it snows. They office staff is just as bad, they are nice to you when you first sign lease and then they forget you. If anything happens to your apartment YOU are responsible for getting it fixed. I've lived there twice (yes unfortunately twice) but the second time was the problem! The "remodeled" units were basically just the old paneling being painted white. The doors stuck because they had so many coat of paint on them. The cabinets in the kitchen were falling off the wall (scary!!). They let just anyone move in...really ghetto! Neighbors kept us up all night, and even reports to the office did nothing.
