Today, Diane nursing supervisor informed us that we would not be able to view our family member through the window being fed during mealtime! She stated it was a rule that they would pull the blind down because they don't want family watching the staff feed the family member! She said the nursing home felt that the staff was being watched more than the family member! IT MAKES YOU WONDER WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO HIDE! For nearly 70 years, we have taken the care we deliver very seriously and we’ve always worked at having policies in place that protect our residents' safety, dignity and privacy. It was started by a great lady. Run by her daughter and son in law. And their children today. Truly a caring place !
The Nurses and Aides are awesome! They are kind and friendly and they take excellent care of my Dad...I appreciate all of them! The activities director Steve and his assistant Joe are the best!!! And the housekeeping and maintenance teams are super!! PV Southside is a beautiful place for your loved one to reside!!
I had many friends that went to Park Village. It is a clean facility and the food is delicious 😋! They have a great Staff and are very Friendly and you always feel welcome when you visit! The O’Donnell Family is the Best! Great Family!❤️❤️
