Out of my 2 years of living here ADRIAN IS THE BEST !!!! HE GETS THE JOB DONE !!! HE HAS ONLY BEEN HERE ABOUT A MONTH AND IVE SEEN A CHANGE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR THE BETTER !!! All my maintenance issues I’ve had over the past year he came and got everything needing work on FIXED in a timely manner !!! Sweetest person and engages with everyone !!!! If I could give more stars I would !!!! he will NOT DISAPPOINT YOU !!! 🥳
Adrian has been an outstanding property manager and truly makes a difference. He is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about both the property and the people involved.
The parent company is obviously terrible. There have been 6 or 7 managers in the last year. They dont want to fix anything. I lived 5 months with my a/c unit off at the breaker. They can't even keep the dumpster bill paid so they get picked up correctly. The apartments are falling apart. No one picks up after there dogs & the children trash everything!
