I lived 5 months with my a/c unit off at the breaker. They can't even keep the dumpster bill paid so they get picked up correctly. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, They told my fiancé the unit was ready to move in when He went in to inspect the place, there were so many problems. A/C unit was out, there was a leak coming from the sink which lead to molding all in the wood and carpet. The door frames are swollen from water damage so the doors do not shut, the water heater unit was leaking. So the humidity in this unit is unbearable and you can barely breathe. Out of my 2 years of living here ADRIAN IS THE BEST !!!! HE GETS THE JOB DONE !!! HE HAS ONLY BEEN HERE ABOUT A MONTH AND IVE SEEN A CHANGE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR THE BETTER !!! All my maintenance issues I’ve had over the past year he came and got everything needing work on FIXED in a timely manner !!! Sweetest person and engages with everyone !!!! If I could give more stars I would !!!! he will NOT DISAPPOINT YOU !!! 🥳
