worst complex i’ve ever lived at.
I wouldn’t leave a star for this place. I moved here June 1, 2023 at 1st it was the best move I made until they made me pay rent for a month that I’ve already paid and they don’t want to credit my account with my money that’s owed back to me. I haven’t even used my dishwasher that was supposed to be fixed before I moved in. The lady that use to stay under me had a dog she kept outside ALL DAY & NIGHT and even put a space heater outside that could have killed everyone in our building to bush it off like they didn’t care. Very rude staff. Over priced
Pictures must be of a show apartment never rented been inside multiple units and they have black mold issues, electrical issues ,and don't fix stuff their pest control is a joke.
If I could give a zero.. I have been here 4 months, the first night we slept in here there were raccoons, we sent videos, the maintenanceman took pictures of the poop. Then the next month, here again, sent an email. The 3rd month put in request for the raccoons and this month same thing. Called the property manager Kelsy, she had the worst attitude, talking, yelling at me that they sent someone over here and there is no evidence of raccoons.
