Just moved out, was paying $930 for 1 bedroom.. I left the house spotless clean and turned in my keys a whole week before my 30 days was due and was denied access back to my house. I still haven’t received my deposit back and they want me to pay for a whole new carpet, I washed it twice before leaving but the tenants before me left bleach stains. 1200 dollars a month for a one bedroom? Wasn't it 600 for a one-bedroom a few years ago? Talk about exorbitant rates!
