Very nice place. Loletta, the new manager is very friendly and helpful.
My fiance and daughter have lived in these apartments for around 5 years and they are great I'm not sure what all these negative comments are about because it's the same people running it from I understand for years now and Marilyn the manager is fair, very helpful when needed, keeps the apartment property clean, the maintenance man is super cool, and is very helpful I just don't see when I'm there any of this bad stuff people are saying and I'm there many days a week visiting and my fiance says the same. I have lived here for about 10 years and I know some of these reviews say bad things but I personally am glad that management is so strict because I actually feel safe walking my dog without worrying whether she will get a drug needle like some places in this town. I won’t say that I have always agreed with everything little thing that management does but the rules are there to make a good safe place to live..
