My fiance and daughter have lived in these apartments for around 5 years and they are great I'm not sure what all these negative comments are about because it's the same people running it from I understand for years now and Marilyn the manager is fair, very helpful when needed, keeps the apartment property clean, the maintenance man is super cool, and is very helpful I just don't see when I'm there any of this bad stuff people are saying and I'm there many days a week visiting and my fiance says the same. I have lived here for about 10 years and I know some of these reviews say bad things but I personally am glad that management is so strict because I actually feel safe walking my dog without worrying whether she will get a drug needle like some places in this town. I won’t say that I have always agreed with everything little thing that management does but the rules are there to make a good safe place to live.. You have someone watching your every move here there is a guy that sits in the window with a walkie and his blinds pulled all the way up. So strict on visitors you might as well not have anyone over for anything. Will be filling a complaint to the state over these apartments. It’s not only that the place is ran like a prison around there. You can say what you want but the cops will be aware of the people around giving creep vibes. And I will be leaving more reviews after an investigation is done.
We moved here a couple of months ago management has been nice and seems to truly try to be helpful and the neighbors all seem to be respectful and nice the apartments are out dated but well tooken care of my unit has newer appliances so that's nice
