I have lived here for 4 years and my list of complaints could reach the moon. If you like rude staff, selective enforcement of rules, mandatory renovations with 24hour notice, piles of dog poop, rent-a-cops that don't even bother driving thru anymore, consistently raised rent, bad plumbing with constant toilet issues, 2nd hand appliances that are dented and dirty, witnessing mass evictions, light bulb inspections (not even joking) etc this is the place for you. RecommendedI've lived here almost 2 years. They are constantly making improvements. Most recently new mailboxes, new toilets, and new exterior lighting. Maintenance is very fast, usually same day and the office staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Park Village WILL NOT return any security deposits you put down on an apartment. They dilly dally and give FALSE information regarding your account balances with them. They make up charges to keep your security deposit and lack proof or justification. Honestly, go anywhere else and you'll be treated better.
The new management team is excellent! They've moved the office to a more convenient location. The fitness center is also now 24 hours! You'll love it here!
