Quiet, secured, friendly tenants, close to public transportation.
This is a friendly place, especially for seniors. It is clean and tidy. Security is sufficient. On-street parking is very acceptable.
I choose to live at Park Glenview Apartments primary because of the easy access to AC Transit to the City and shopping in Montclair Village. Now that I am retired, I appreciate the safe, quite and communal benefits of Park Glenview. Ownership has done a great job to create monthly activities for the residents. The property is well maintained and management is proactive in taking care of any apartment problems.
I have lived here 3 years. It is very quiet. Its wonderful that no pets are allowed to live here. I appreciate that the elevators are always in good repair and functioning! I'm glad my apartment has overhead fire sprinklers. The owner is very responsive to my needs and frequently arranges group events...Yeah. I am grateful for an outdoor steet smoking area so I may indulge. I really like our remote activated outdoor gate system. I feel very content , relaxed and safe here. I think you will like it here also.
I have been living in Park Glenview apartments for seniors for nine months now. At 86 and recently widowed, I moved from the East coast to be near family. I wanted a safe place to start my life here. Park Glenview is a gated community with over Eighty apartments. My apartment overlooks a small forest and at night, I can see many lights shining over Oakland.
