Lease protects them from AZ mold laws that usually protects you. They also paint over the mold. AZ also protects people with those air quality laws,....this place skirts those too! The air in here creates this sticky hairy dust that I must clean from the fans on a weekly, otherwise I feel I am letting my family get sick here.
