Lease protects them from AZ mold laws that usually protects you. They also paint over the mold. AZ also protects people with those air quality laws,....this place skirts those too! The air in here creates this sticky hairy dust that I must clean from the fans on a weekly, otherwise I feel I am letting my family get sick here. es horrible vivir aqui te joden por todo. el aire no sirve hay cucarachas en la cocina en el baño en todos lados. vecinos cargando scooter en sus apartamentos. Y uno tiene q Pagar la energia para q ellos se beneficien. Las lavadoras as un cochinero solo donde esta la ofina estan limpias. luego vienen a sacar al vecino Los De Marshall que lo buscaban por delicuente. que terrible. un Lugar demasiado caro y hasta para q te controlen como vas a usar el aire cuando a ellos les de la gana 😠😠😠😡😡
DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place is awful!!! Horrible living conditions that they do not fix and there lease goes against Arizona State Law!! AGAIN DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

So dirty and SO ghetto. People do drugs and drink literally right outside your window during broad daylight. The manager Andrea also made leaving this place a nightmare. I was supposed to get my deposit back over a week ago, but conveniently Andrea chooses to ignore every single one of my emails and doesn't pick up the phone. Additionally, nothing works, ever. AC, stove, shower.. you name it, it's broken! Consider living in your car before you come here.
Place is not as clean nor cheap as they claim. Management is decent, but take for ever to get you the service you need. Don't be fooled by their "professional cleaning" because that's for crap. I have footage I took when I first moved in of the kitchen that was crawling with dead and living roaches inside the cabinets and on the tile floor. Didn't even bother to clean up after spraying bug spray. AC units are crap and some are a hazard. Dishwasher tries to work, but sucks.
