This by far the worst place i have ever lived and can not wait to move. Maintenance is bullys and more worried about finding rules you are breaking then fixing the apartments. Place has more empty in need of repair apartments then they have lived in apartments. The manager is no help she lets the maintenance run the place and be security. Lj is has no compassion for her tennants and Roselyfe corporate needs to step in and fix this problem but there is no number for corporate not one they answer anyway
LJ is the most unprofessional and rudest person in customer service I’ve ever encountered. I called to follow up for information and was told to LOSE THEIR NUMBER! What a low life from the trash.
The Manager is so amazing she went above for me and my family I felt like I was family from the moment I walked in she should be recognized for every thing she does
Hated the last property manager. She was not helpful at all. Dealing with the trouble people that live here she would not deal with it. She would avoid it. LJ has been a blessing! I 100% was moving away when Charon was property manager, but now that LJ is property manager she is taking care of stuff. Making sure the problematic people get taken care of. The new property manager LJ has been beyond a blessing to my best friend and I. She has been extremely helpful and reliable in our process to starting our new lives. Thank you LJ so much.
