Very bad customer service I called them and talk about Apartments and I love to know about the apartment. The lady just cut the call and say bye. I feel very disrespectful and I do not love to move in Parkville apartment where anyone does not respect me and my words thank thank you so much
A very good apartment to stay. We are living in this apartment from last 6 years. Safe environment and good neighbors.Very close to school, hospital and grocery store.
I’ve been living at Park Villa Apartments from last 5 year. The community is very safe, clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Management and maintenance are responsive and helpful whenever needed. The location is also very convenient—close to shopping centers, restaurant, school and hospital. The neighbors are also friendly and respectful. Parking availability is good. Overall I recommend it to anyone who is looking a good place to live in Fremont. Thanks to Billy and Irene for maintaining the property so well.
This property is very well managed. I have lived here over 21 years and I have never had a problem with getting maintenance requst fulfilled or poor customer service. The management team is very responsive to all need and makes sure that the property is safe and secure. The rent is very reasonable and the property is very conveniently located to everything. This is a wonderful place to raise a family.
